Nitreo

Nitreo is an automation tool for Instagram growth, enhancing follower count and engagement through automated interactions. It focuses on organic growth with real accounts, offering various plans suitable for different users, and simplifies gaining authentic followers efficiently.

To help Nitreo reach its first strong user base, we implemented an SEO strategy that could bring in users who are most likely to use Nitreo's service.

After evaluating the service and sketching out the strategy, we came to the conclusion that organic channels are the best way to go.

We went all-in on SEO strategy by creating a website structure, interlinking plan, backlinking, and content plan.

After everything was implemented and we gave some time for Google to catch up; Nitreo started acquiring organically over 100,000 visitors.

A major chunk of those visitors converted resulting in 3.5M ARR.

Socialfollow

SocialFollow is a tool designed for Instagram growth, targeting influencers, businesses, and individuals. It connects people with similar interests and connects them together. Working on a follow-for-follow principle it grows your profile organically and keeps the followers engaged.

Socialfollow needed a little kick and boost to accelerate its user base growth. We started by sketching out a strategy and user stories that matched existing user personas.

We revamped its front-end with designcopy, and development, and started expanding on the organic acquisition.

It was a bit tricky making Socialfollow dominant in the SERP due to the fierce competition, so we had to offer greater value through our content and attract other blogs to reference it as a reputable source of information.

After the implementation of all the improvements and the production of content, Socialfollow's blog became its biggest source of user acquisition and grew its userbase by 150%.

Bio.fm

Bio.fm is a link-in-bio tool that allows users to curate a personalized micro-website with diverse content blocks such as links, social profiles, and media. It offers customizable layouts, supporting a cohesive personal or brand presentation across different platforms.

When we got introduced to Bio.fm we were told that growing this tool won't be easy. Due to its nature, it was growing steadily on its own, and to grow it further it really required some non-orthodox approaches.

We were tasked with product and growth management. To implement and decide on new features, we created a reward program for its users which worked really well.

We added tons of new great features, improved the UX/UI, and increased the retention rates with those.

To grow it, first, we designed a viral loop system using the existing features and adding some new ones. Then we created a cold outreach campaign by data mining potential users and offering them Bio.fm for free for a certain period. It was long enough to get them completely onboarded.

The outreach campaign lasted around 8 weeks, and during that time, we grew Bio's user base by 400%.

Kenji

KENJI is an AI-driven Instagram bot designed for boosting followers and engagement. It automates following and unfollowing, optimizing these actions to match user behavior and target audiences. KENJI ensures safe and efficient growth, real followers through targeted actions.

Kenji's head team wasn't too sure about what they wanted to do with Kenji at first, so we went back to the drawing board to analyze the current state of the product and what could be done to scale it further.

Initially, we found some opportunities in the UX/UI part of the app that could be impactful over a longer time frame. Then the pieces of the puzzle started to come together and we revamped the UIbranding, and design.

After we made it a bit more intuitive for the ideal user persona, the retention went up by 20%.

Once we were happy with the results, we moved on to the acquisition part. Kenji already had SEO as one of its main channels, so we took a look at it a bit deeper.

It needed some tech improvements, structure, and a content plan. After detailed keyword research and content clustering, we created pillars of information that served as a mini inbound marketing strategy.

After fixing everything and adding more quality content coupled with a good backlink plan, Kenji started killing it, raising its organic acquisition game by 90%.

Aimfox

AimFox is a comprehensive LinkedIn automation tool designed for efficient outreach and lead management. It automates the process of connecting and following up with targeted users. In other words, it streamlines lead generation for businesses and individuals alike.

We started from scratch on this one. The client came to us with a simple idea: Build a LinkedIn automation tool. They had the back-end tech for it, so we had to think of all the ways we could use it.

After going back and forth with their back-end dev team we had a list of features we wanted to develop. While they were working on the features we focused on the UI/UXbranding, and strategy.

The first part of the strategy was to conduct market researchproduct/market fit, and explore the competition.

After we got those out of the way, we had an idea of how we could price this tool. But we base our decisions on data, not hunches, so we launched an early bird campaign to confirm/disprove our theories.

The campaign attracted over 500 sign-ups before we even launched the product.

For the post-launch campaign, we wanted to go all-in and partnered with some performance marketing experts to kick-start a PPC acquisition coupled with an organic growth strategy.

Aimfox is now on top of the LinkedIn automation market.

Upleap

Upleap is a service offering targeted organic growth on Instagram, aiming to boost followers, reach, and engagement. It provides real, organic followers with a simple setup process and offers different targeting options through a mobile-friendly dashboard.

When we first got our hands on Upleap it was already doing good, they just wanted a bit more organic push and redesign.

Since we already worked with some Instagram tools that were similar, it was a bit of a challenge to come up with something unique.

After a couple of brainstorming sessions, we came up with a content strategy that is unique and top quality for Upleap's new potential users.

The production of clustered content and a good interlinking strategy led to growth in Upleap's organic acquisition by 40%.

We gave it a new face and it was ready for new and bigger goals.
